To be invoiced to the client.  Expenses include psychometric testing, travel, telephone and courier services as part of the HR planning process.  A complete schedule of expenses will be provided to you with the invoice.

Permission

As your HR Coach provider, you permit us to use your logo on your internal paperwork and for use in a portfolio of clients.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon acceptance of this proposal – you will be granted a non transferable, non exclusive end use license to access the HR Coach methodology.  Diagnostic reports and documentation provided to you carrying the HR Coach copyright may be used in the management of your business only.  It is not to be distributed, copied or reconstructed for any other purpose, associated companies or external parties.  You should not use tools in a way that it will be materially detrimental or be inconsistent with the HR Coach methodology.

Trading Terms

STAR Workplace Program and other Workplace Assessment services are payable in advance.  Should payment NOT be received in full, work may not be able to commence on the project.  All other services are payable as per DEFINE's client proposal.  Our standard trading terms are 7 days from date of invoice.
