Nicole White is Director of DEFINE Initiatives.  DEFINE specialises in helping businesses with practical solutions for minimising risk and managing people strategies.
 
Previously Nicole worked as a Senior Manager with Australia’s leading Recruitment and Workforce Services Company.  During her career Nicole worked in a number of Branches and roles across QLD and NSW.  Recruitment, Sales, Account Management, OH&S and General Management are the areas in which she was renowned for her success.  Her experience has been focused in the blue-collar sector, spanning to over 200 workplaces across a diverse industry base.  Nicole is renowned for her skills in the People and Workforce Services sphere and she is focused on continuing to assist businesses with People – their biggest asset!
 
As an accredited OH&S professional, Nicole helps businesses identify risks in their Operations and works collaboratively to achieve compliance.
 
Nicole graduated in 2003 from the University of New England with BArts Communications, and is passionate about making communication a high priority for the Workplace. Nicole also holds professional Membership with the Australian Human Resources Institute.    
 
An accredited HR Coach, Nicole is a member of a network of experts specialising in linking People to Profit.
 

 
 
Kylie Orue is a Client Manager with DEFINE Initiatives.
 
Prior to joining the DEFINE team, Kylie worked in the professional services sector with a major Recruitment and Workforce Services company.  Here she was responsible for a portfolio of clients, with a specialised focus in the blue collar sector.  On a daily basis, she would manage, service and supervise a workforce of over 200 employees working across multiple sites in a variety of industry sectors. Gaining exposure to a multitude of working environments and staff related challenges, Kylie is well positioned to understand the challenges of businesses today! During her career, Kylie gained knowledge and extensive experience in Recruitment and Selection processes, Safety Inductions, OH&S systems & procedures, Awards and Agreements, Client and Employee Relations.
 
Prior to Kylie’s time in Recruitment & Workforce Services, she worked in the Retail Sector.  It was in this environment that she gained an understanding of what it takes to run a small business.  Kylie was responsible for all aspects of the day to day Operation in a busy, cut-throat environment. Kylie has a creative flair, a passion for excellence in customer service and thrives on driving herself and her team to achieve outstanding results! 
 
 
Elizabeth Schneider is a Client Manager with DEFINE Initiatives. 
 
Previously Elizabeth worked in the Recruitment and Hospitality Industries. Throughout her career she developed specialised skills in Human Resources, Account Management and Injury Management. Elizabeth has expertise in Industrial Agreements and Career Counselling. Her consultative approach maintains staff relationships whilst keeping profitability of the business at the forefront.
 
As an accredited HR professional, Elizabeth is passionate about identifying workflow and process improvements.  Linking People to Profit involves a system and processes approach where the business strategy is linked to what people do every day.
