Nicole White is Director of DEFINE Initiatives. Nicole is a specialist in minimising business risk and providing support for effective people management and communication.

Since establishing DEFINE in 2009 we have worked with many businesses to assist them with needs ranging from Position Description and Policy Implementation to Management Workshops, Strategic Planning and HR Support. Our client testimonials provide a snapshot of how we have supported our clients with practical solutions tailored for their specific needs.

Prior to DEFINE, Nicole worked in the Human Resources and Recruitment Industry. As a Regional Manager with Australia’s leading Workforce Services Company, Nicole was responsible for a workforce of over 400 employees. During her career Nicole worked in QLD and NSW with experience in Recruitment, Sales, Account Management, Health and Safety and General Management. Her expertise is focused in the blue-collar sector, spanning to over 200 workplaces across a diverse industry base. Nicole is renowned for her skills in Human Resources and People Management and she is focused on continuing to assist businesses with People – their biggest asset!

Nicole graduated in 2003 from the University of New England with BArts Communications, and is passionate about making communication a high priority for the Workplace. Her reputation is growing as the "tough conversations guru". Whether communicating with a business owner, manager, an employee, or a team of people, Nicole helps businesses to have tough conversations that count!

Nicole holds professional Membership with the Australian Human Resources Institute. An accredited HR Coach, Nicole is a member of a network of experts specialising in linking People to Profit.
